Cancellation Policy

At Beach Decorations Andaman, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to clearly explain the terms applicable to bookings, decoration packages, candlelight dinners, private events, and additional services.

By making a booking or payment with Beach Decorations Andaman, you acknowledge and agree to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy for Standard Packages

For non-private decoration packages and standard Candlelight Dinner Packages, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation more than 3 days before the scheduled experience: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation up to 2 days before the scheduled experience: 30% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience: No refund will be provided.

The applicable refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid for the booking, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

No-Refund Dates and Occasions

Bookings made for special occasions and peak dates are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.

These may include, but are not limited to:

• Diwali
• Karwa Chauth
• New Year's Eve / New Year
• Valentine's Day
• Other major festivals, special occasions, or high-demand dates as determined by Beach Decorations Andaman.

Customers are advised to confirm the cancellation and refund terms before making a booking for such dates.

Non-Refundable Add-Ons

The following additional services are non-refundable once confirmed or booked:

• Cake and cake bouquets
• Flower bouquets
• Guitarist experiences
• Customized decorations or personalized items
• Other add-on services specifically arranged or purchased for the booking

This may also include items that have already been prepared, purchased, customized, or arranged specifically for the customer.

Private Events

Bookings classified as private events are strictly non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Private Candlelight Dinner
• Private Proposal Decoration
• Private Beach Decoration
• Private Celebration Setup
• Private Guitarist Experience
• Other customized or exclusive private event arrangements

Once a private event is confirmed, payments made toward such bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests will only be considered when submitted in writing by email during our business hours.

The cancellation request must include:

• Customer name
• Booking/order ID
• Scheduled event date
• Contact number
• Reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent to the official email address provided by Beach Decorations Andaman.

A cancellation will be considered valid only after confirmation from our team. Verbal requests, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media messages, or other informal communication may not be treated as an official cancellation request unless specifically confirmed by us in writing.

Weather and Unavoidable Circumstances

Beach and outdoor events may be affected by weather and circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of:

• Heavy rain
• Storms
• Cyclones
• Hail
• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions or orders
• Government action
• Venue restrictions
• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

the booking may be rescheduled to another mutually agreed date, subject to availability.

Such circumstances will generally not qualify for cancellation or refund where the service can reasonably be rescheduled.

Any rescheduling will depend on venue availability, service availability, and other applicable conditions.

Partial or Advance Payments

Any advance, partial, or installment payment made by the customer toward a booking is considered part of the total booking amount.

Once a payment has been made, the booking becomes subject to the cancellation and refund terms stated in this policy.

Refund eligibility will therefore be determined according to the applicable cancellation category, booking type, date of cancellation, and other conditions stated herein.

Property or Hotel-Related Changes

For events held at a hotel, resort, or other third-party property, the property may, due to operational, safety, weather, availability, or other circumstances, make changes to:

• Seating arrangements
• Dining location
• Event setup location
• Dining package or service arrangements
• Event timing
• Other arrangements related to the event

Where the property or venue is required to make such changes, Beach Decorations Andaman will make reasonable efforts to coordinate an alternative arrangement.

In certain circumstances, the property may be required to cancel the event on the scheduled date.

Cancellation by the Property

If the event is cancelled by the hotel, resort, or property and no suitable alternative arrangement or rescheduling option can be provided, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the affected booking, subject to confirmation of the cancellation by the property and applicable booking conditions.

The refund will be processed through the applicable payment method used for the booking.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under this policy, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

Any applicable transaction, processing, or non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted where applicable and where permitted.

By making a payment or confirming a booking with Beach Decorations Andaman, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Beach Decorations Andaman reserves the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. Any updated policy will be published on the Website and will apply to bookings subject to the terms applicable at the time of booking.
