Basic Beachside Candlelight Dinner in Beach Decoration Andaman

During the course of a romantic dinner, it does not necessarily require a fancy setting to make it special. In some cases, soft sands, candlelight, ocean views, and fine cuisine are all that's necessary. Beach Decoration Andaman – Model CLD 01 is designed for those couples who want to have a small and private candlelight dinner near the sea. 

A well-prepared table on a beach, illuminated by soft lights and candles, with an open-air ambience. 2 Mocktails for Couples, 2 Vegetarian Starters & 2 Vegetarian Main Courses, a selection of Main Courses, Rice, Bread, Salad, and Dessert. This is approximately 3-4 hours long, allowing couples sufficient time to relax and have fun during their evening.

It also comes with a complimentary photoshoot with 5 edited photos and free pick-up and drop-off service within 5km of Havelock Island Beach Resort. Birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions can have wine and cake available separately. There will also be a separate 18% GST.

Dinner features a selection of mocktails, soup, vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters, a main course and rice, bread, salad, and dessert. There are also several other customized options available to couples, including sizzlers, biriyani, tandoori platters, Chinese platters, and pasta (on the package menu).

It's simple and chic. A nicely done table and some little extras turn the dining area into a welcoming space on the beach, and let nature take the limelight.

Mocktails and a selection of soups, appetisers, main courses, rice, breads, salad, and dessert. Popular items on the menu comprise chilli paneer, crispy corn, chicken 65, tawa fish fry, paneer butter masala, Punjabi chicken, fish masala, biryani, and others.

3. Sunset and Ocean Views.

A sunset dinner will give it a natural edge for a venue that's open at night. All that is required is to be basic as the sky changes, the sun rises, there is a light breeze, and the waves hum.

4. Add-Ons for Wine and Cake

Wine and cake will be available on request (at an additional cost). They can be used to create an extra special dinner for couples' birthdays, anniversaries, or special birthday celebrations.

5. Flexible and Easy-to-Use Experience

The beach is a perfect location for an outdoor honeymoon, anniversary, honeymoon proposal, birthday, or any special night celebration in the natural setting of the beach. Add wine or cake to it, have a drink of it, enjoy the sunset, and have a few hours together without the ocean's interruption.

  • It is mandatory to contact the resort or our customer support team at least 12 hours before your time slot to specify your food choice from the available menu.
  • The package is available for Lunch & Dinner only.
  • The candle light dinner experience is valid for 3 hours from the time of your booking slot.
  • Due to bad weather or a private celebration at the resort, the setup will be shifted inside the private room or restaurant.
  • For same-day candlelight dinner bookings, please contact our team in advance to confirm availability.
  • Outside food & drinks are not allowed on the resort property.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after 50% advance payment.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before the setup or as per the invoice.
  • No advance = No confirmation.

2. Payment Policy

3. Food & Beverages

  • Food and beverages are not included in decoration packages and will be charged extra if requested.

4. Beach Tide Conditions

  • Setups depend on natural tide conditions.
  • High tide is recommended for better views.
  • If low tide is chosen, Beach Decorations Andaman / Nemo Café is not responsible for reduced

6. Customization

  • Custom themes, props, or décor may incur additional charges and must be confirmed before the event date.

7. Additional Services (Extra Charges)

  • Private music, flower bouquets, extra décor or props, extended photography, food & beverages, and custom cakes are not included unless mentioned and will be charged separately.

8. Decoration Materials

  • Most décor items used in setups are artificial materials, including artificial flowers and LED decorative candles.

9. Code of Conduct (COC)

  • Guests must maintain proper conduct during the event.
  • Misuse or mishandling of décor or furniture may result in compensation charges and services may be terminated without refund.

10. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event and are subject to availability of the setup and operational feasibility.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations after making advance payment will result in loss of advance payment.

12. Refund Policy

  • No Refund for Advance Payment.
  • Refunds depend on cancellation timing.
  • If Full payment has been done:
  • refund 50% for more than 72 Hours
  • less than 24 hours: No refund
  • Refunds are not applicable if custom items are prepared, venue arrangements are confirmed, the setup team has been dispatched, or orders for cake, flowers, food, or special customizations have been placed.

13. Damage Policy

  • Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of décor materials, props, lights, or furniture.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
